    Abstract: An apparatus for exercising the ankle, comprising a base frame, a seat support section attached to the base frame, and a seat adjustably mounted to the seat support section. The apparatus includes a foot carriage assembly comprising a foot carriage frame pivotally attached to the base frame for enabling plantar and dorsiflexion of the foot, a support arm pivotally attached to the foot carriage frame for enabling inversion and eversion of the foot, and a foot platform pivotally attached to the support arm for enabling abduction and adduction of the foot. A resistance system is operably connected to the foot carriage assembly for providing resistance against a force applied by a patient during use.
