    Abstract: An oral device or mouthguard device containing a reservoir for holding and passively releasing an active component is provided. An oral device or mouthguard device having a body with an inner wall, an outer wall, a floor spanning the inner wall and outer wall. The inner wall, the outer wall, and the floor define a channel including an interior channel surface and an exterior channel surface. The interior channel surface shaped to receive a plurality of teeth. A reservoir integral with the inner wall is also included. The reservoir has a roof portion and a base portion defining an internal volume for an active component. The roof portion has an opening for receiving the active component and the base portion has one or more openings.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented method of using task lists to manage incoming referrals in a medical care organization includes presenting a task manager configured to visually create and assign lists of work corresponding to an incoming referral process, and receiving input corresponding to visual creation and assignment of a list of work corresponding to an incoming referral process. The method further includes presenting a wait list manager configured to visually create a wait list entry based upon an incoming referral in a medical care organization, and receiving input, based on the incoming referral, corresponding to creation of a wait list entry. The method also includes creating the wait list entry based upon the incoming referral input, creating one or more tasks based upon the wait list entry, and automatically managing and tracking the tasks created based upon the wait list entry, thereby driving the incoming referral process.
