Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for generating a polygon mesh that may have concavities and/or holes. One example of such a method includes generating a polygon grid, adjusting the grid to fit input image dimensions, adjusting the polygons within the grid to fit detected pixels of interest, simplifying the resulting polygon collection to reduce the total number of polygons, and generating a polygon mesh based on the simplified collection of polygons.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a method for creating hardware texture content for display on a display of a computing device. The method includes receiving by a processor the content in an image file format, where the content includes a first frame and a second frame. After receiving the content, the method includes creating by the processor a first hardware file corresponding to the first frame and creating by the processor a second hardware file corresponding to the second frame. After creating the first and second frames, the method further includes determining by the processing element a first delta hardware file corresponding to changes between the first hardware file and the second hardware file. In the method the first hardware file, the second hardware file, and the first delta hardware file include data directly usable by a graphics processing unit.

Abstract: In a pixel based color display system, aliasing is minimized by controlling the colors in pixels, bridging boundaries of objects of the image to be blends of the colors on each side of the boundary. Blends are controlled in accordance with pixel words containing mix values. Provision is made for drawing lines one pixel line with aliasing minimized in the boundaries of the lines wherein the same mix value controls the blend in adjacent pixels bridging the leading and trailing edge of a diagonal line.
