  • Publication number: 20250332484
Abstract: A ball comprises a shell portion and a filter portion. The filter portion regulates gaseous material exchange and internal pressure of the ball. The shell portion comprises a non-porous material. Solid material such as sand, salt, flour, glass, or magnetic beads are used as filler material within the shell portion to precisely adjust the weight of the ball, allowing for tailored performance characteristics suitable for various applications.

  • Publication number: 20240350883
Abstract: A game board including a top panel and a plank and a game that comprises one or more of the game boards. A plank extends from the back end of the game board. The top surface of the game board is flat and includes a surrounding area and one or more target areas. A projectile comprising a weighted ball is thrown by players onto the top panel or plank surface. A method for playing the game involves two to four players who will throw or roll the balls to land on the desired location of the top panel or plank area to score points toward winning the game. • Patent number: 9333814
Abstract: Auto-location systems and methods of tire pressure monitoring sensor units arranged with a wheel of a vehicle detect a predetermined time (T1) when a wheel phase angle reaches angle of interest using a rim mounted or a tire mounted sensor. The systems and methods transmit a radio frequency message associated with a wheel phase angle indication. The wheel phase angle indication triggers wheel phase and/or speed data such as ABS data at the predetermined time (T1) to be stored. A correlation algorithm is executed to identify the specific location of a wheel based on the wheel phase and/or speed data at the predetermined time (T1). TPM sensor parameters from a tire pressure monitoring sensor unit are assigned to the specific location of the wheel based on a confidence interval width analysis of the ABS data at the predetermined (T1).

  • Patent number: 8941502
Abstract: A safety monitoring system for a catenary system that includes an overhead wire, a support pole and a counterweight attached to the end of the overhead wire and suspended by the support pole. The catenary safety monitoring system includes a temperature sensor for detecting an ambient temperature, a position sensor for detecting a position of the counterweight and an electronic controller. The electronic controller compares a detected position of the counterweight with a predicted position determined by the electronic controller using an ambient temperature from the temperature sensor. A message transmitter provides a warning to a user if the detected position of counterweight is not within a predetermined percentage of the predicted position.
