Abstract: A pipe fitting replacement device for rapid replacement of a damaged pipe fitting includes a shell, which has a plurality of orifices positioned therein. Each of a plurality of fasteners is engaged to the shell and extends from a respective orifice. The shell is sized and shaped so that the shell is complementary to an existing pipe fitting positioned in a piping network. Each fastener can have inserted therein a respective terminal pipe segment, which results from removal of the existing pipe fitting from the piping network. The fastener sealably engages the respective terminal pipe segment.

Abstract: A wireless charging system includes a power supply, a plurality of wireless charging transmitters adapted to be mounted on an underside of a surface, and a power distribution system adapted to connect the plurality of wireless charging transmitters to the power supply. The plurality of wireless charging transmitters are configured to generate charging areas on a top side of the surface.

Abstract: A method and system for monitoring an output of an electronic processing component which detects an out-of-range value in the output of the electronic processing component during one time period during which one channel of input channels of a time multiplexer provides an input signal to the electronic processing component. Corrective actions are performed based on the detected out-of-range value. The corrective actions including excluding further multiplexing of signals from the one channel of the input channels.

Abstract: A wall plate for premise wiring. The wall plate is preterminated with a quick-connect coupling to enable fast connection and disconnection with a complementary quick-connect coupling on a wire configured to carry an electrical signal, such as digital or analog audio, visual or related signal. The wall plate may include numerous signal interfaces for audio, visual or combination audio/visual application. By including all of the components into a modular package, installation and removal of the wall plate for premise wiring upgrades is enhanced.

Abstract: A digital extender integrated into a wall plate assembly. The assembly includes a mounting bracket, wall plate, digital extender circuitry, electrical interface and an electrically conductive cable, wire or related cable lead. The cable lead electrically connects to a signal source and to the digital extender circuitry so that it can transmit a signal from the signal source to the electrical interface through the digital extender circuitry. By making the digital extender circuitry an integral part of the assembly, difficulties associated with packaging, transporting and connecting to the signal source are reduced.

In one embodiment the method comprises determining whether a feature on a device is permitted to be enabled, determining whether a total number of enabled features on the device is less than or equal to a maximum number of allowable features on the device, and allowing the enabling of the device feature if the device feature is permitted to be enabled and the total number of enabled features on the device is less than or equal to the maximum number of allowable features on the device.

Abstract: A system and method of identifying and allocating translation services in response to a user's request for translation of a document. The system and method of the invention is configured to put a user having a translation request in contact with a candidate translation service via a moderator. The method of the present invention includes registering translation services with the moderator via a website. The moderator creates a profile having contact information of the translation service. The profile further includes one or keys characterizing previously translated documents by the translation service. Upon receiving a user's request for translation of user's document, the moderator matches the keys characterizing the translation service with the user's translation request. The system and method increase the efficiency and lower the cost in locating a translation service having relevant experience in the field of the user's translation request.

Abstract: A system and method of identifying and allocating translation services in response to a user's request for a particular translation work experience. The system and method of the invention is configured to put a user having a translation request in contact with a candidate translation service via a moderator. The method of the present invention includes registering a plurality of translation services with the moderator via a website. Each translation service creates and provides the moderator with contact information and one or more translator records each having a series of free fields operable to receive data indicative of a working experience of the translator. Upon receiving a user's translator request, the moderator matches the user's request with the free fields in each of the stored translator records. The moderator provides the user with a display of the best candidate translator records having the desired translation work experience.
