Abstract: An ornamental flower with illuminating device for indoor and outdoor use includes an illuminating assembly connected to a front end of an ornamental flower. The illuminating assembly includes a light diffusing shell, a light-emitting unit, and a holding member. The light diffusing shell is made of a light-transmissible material and defines an internal space for accommodating the light-emitting unit therein, such that light beams emitted from the light-emitting unit are evenly diffused toward the ornamental flower surrounding the illuminating assembly, making the ornamental flower softly illuminated and looked vivid.
