  • Patent number: 5060382
Abstract: A cutting tool including a pair of jaws wherein each jaw has a first and second end. The jaws are pivotally coupled to each other such that the first ends engage with one another when the jaws are in a closed position. The tool further includes a pair of hollow tubular extensions each having a bend therein and first and second portions merging into one another at said bend. Each second end of one of the jaws extends into the first portion of a respective extension which includes a crimped section that fixedly secures the jaw thereto. When the jaws are in the closed position, the first portions converge toward each other and the second portions diverge from the first portions.

  • Patent number: 5003695
Abstract: A pair of cutting snips includes a pair of handles which are mounted to a pair of blades. Located on one of the blades is a pivotably mounted self-aligning anvil. When the handles are squeezed, the blades come together in such a manner that the workpiece is caught between a blade and the anvil such that the workpiece is cut in a linear fashion.

  • Patent number: 4110694
Abstract: A digital frequency synthesizer in which a BCD.div. N counter is used to provide the desired frequencies of operation without requiring further BCD decoding operations to provide direct channel number interface. This is accomplished by selecting a value of (N) corresponding to a desired channel number (CN) and selecting a downmix heterodyning frequency so that the lower order bits of (N) are equal to the desired (CN) without need for further conversation.
