    Abstract: A device and method for decorating an egg is provided which comprises a paper bag, the inner surface of which is coated with a water-soluble transfer dye, such that when an egg with a wetted surface is introduced into the bag and comes into contact with the dye on the inner surface of the bag, the dye releases from the bag and transfers onto the egg, coloring the egg.
