The flow-directing element has a cleaning position in which the fluid outlet end extends into the header when the first end of the housing is connected to the header. The flow-directing element is constructed to rotate about an axis that extends in the flow direction in response to a flow of liquid between the fluid inlet end and the fluid outlet end, and to eject at least one liquid stream from the fluid outlet end in a direction transverse to the flow direction.
