    Abstract: A safety control system for a metal forming machine having a vertically moving forming ram which cooperates with a stationary forming die for forming a variety of creases in sheet metal manipulated by an operator. The safety control system returns the forming ram to an inactive position in the event the operator inadvertently positions tool or limb between ram and die during machine operation.
