Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a wearable insect repellent patch and sheets of such patches. Each patch consists of a patch substrate and an adhesive layer on the patch substrate, wherein the adhesive layer is configured to allow the wearable patch to be removably attached to a wearer or an object associated with the wearer or another human, wherein the patch substrate comprises an active agent. The active agent is an insect repellent that is configured to release an effective amount of the insect repellent for repelling insects or masking the wearer or the object associated with the wearer or another human from insect detection. The insect repellent consists of one or more essential oils. The present disclosure also relates to kits and packages comprising insect repellent patches.
