Abstract: Disclosed herein is an assembly consisting of two cooperating components. The first component, referred to as a sleeve, is in the shape of a hollow cylinder having an inner surface and an outer surface. The sleeve has a threaded attachment means at its proximal end to be releasably attached to the sprinkler's housing and a similar threaded attachment means at its distal end to be releasably attached to the sprinkler's cap. Within the sleeve is a retaining ring, orientated about its proximal end, protruding inwardly about the circumference of the inner surface of the sleeve, the retaining ring acting as a stop for the sprinkler's internal spring and riser.

Abstract: A pest seal for a recreational vehicle (RV) to seal the gap that exists between a hose and/or cable passing through an access port located within the service compartment of a RV. The pest seal is comprised of two halves that are joined together along a single edge with mirrored cutouts that are lined with a compressible foam formed along the joining edge so that when the two halves are brought together the cutouts allow for the passage of a hose or cable through the pest seal. Embodiments further comprise a semicircular flange formed on the underside of each halve of a radius slightly smaller than the radius of the access port or a hinge attaching the two halves at one end of the edge where the halves are joined. The halves may be joined together by any number of means such as but not limited to magnets, hook and loop fabric, and mechanical latches.

Abstract: A cap flashing device for overlapping and joining two upper-end pieces of valley flashing within two valleys on a main roof is provided. An adjoining roof forms the two valleys where it meets the main roof. The device comprises a sheet of material having top and bottom surfaces and a raised triangular portion in the material and extending above the material. The triangular portion has a pair of sides in an angled relation to the remaining portion of the material with the remaining portion remaining substantially planar. Upon positioning the material upon the roof, the triangular portion is positioned over the adjoining roof and the remaining portion of the material overlapping and joining the upper end pieces of the flashing thereby inhibiting leakage in either of the valleys with the entire material in complete direct contact with the main roof with the sides being free from any folds or tucks.
