A first reinforcement member extends across the front wall. The reinforcement member includes a raised wall extending from the front wall.

Each of the legs has at least one pair of holes for mounting the legs to the body. A slidable drawer is slidably mounted to the body. A base stand and metal storage bin assembly includes a base stand and metal storage bin assembly including a metal storage bin having a top wall, a bottom wall, and first and second opposed side walls and a base stand for storing and transporting the metal cabinet.
