A hydraulic system includes a first hydraulic cylinder actuating vertical movement of the staging frame relative to the lower frame, a second hydraulic cylinder actuating movement of the leg section relative to the seat section, and a pump actuating both the first and second hydraulic cylinders.

The brake-steer shaft is pivotably coupled to the base frame. The brake-steer shaft is coupled to the wheel so that rotation of the brake-steer shaft moves the wheel between the brake-steer position and the neutral position.
