Publication number: 20220040319Abstract: Provided herein are methods of treating ocular cancer such as uveal melanoma, orbital lymphoma, retinoblastoma, and medulloepithelioma using antibodies and bispecific antigen-binding molecules that bind MET or antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising the antibodies or bispecific antigen-binding molecules. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules comprise a first and a second antigen-binding domain, wherein the first and second antigen-binding domains bind to two different epitopes of the extracellular domain of human MET. The ADCs comprise the antibodies or bispecific antigen-binding molecules provided herein linked to a cytotoxic agent, radionuclide, or other moiety. The antibodies and bispecific antigen-binding molecules are capable of blocking the interaction between human MET and its ligand HGF. A subject having ocular cancer, for example, an uveal melanoma expressing c-Met, can be treated by administering to the subject an antibody, a bispecific antigen-binding molecule, or an ADC thereof.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 20, 2020Publication date: February 10, 2022Inventors: Gary Schwartz, Oliver Surriga

Publication number: 20070123110Abstract: In an ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system which scans a volumetric region, the sampling bandwidth or spatial resolution is matched to the achievable transducer resolution determined by the aperture size and the wavelength and the desired output bandwidth or volume imaging rate. In an illustrated embodiment this is done by controlling the spatial point spread function of the beams used to scan the volumetric region to provide a more optimal relationship between the acoustic sampling resolution, the desired output line density, and the volume imaging rate. The benefits of this optimization can be to maximize the information content and information movement efficiency by not acquiring more resolution than can be utilized, and to provide a more optimal sampling function, using the aperture function to limit the spatial bandwidth.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 21, 2004Publication date: May 31, 2007Applicant: KONINKLIJKE PHILIPS ELECTRONICS N.V.Inventor: Gary Schwartz
