Abstract: A method and apparatus for control of a multiple copy print job involving documents in multiple languages. The method and apparatus prompt a document user to specify any languages other than that of the original document. The apparatus causes the translation of the document into the specified languages. The user may also specify how many of each translation are desired and direct copy subsets independently to specific printer trays.

Abstract: A method of distributing mail includes electronically transmitting a print job, and a list of postal addresses of multiple recipients to which the print job is desired to be delivered, from a user's location; providing a printer in a postal delivery vehicle; and printing out mail pieces from the print job, for at least some of the multiple recipients, on the printer in the postal delivery vehicle. Alternative methods and various systems for distributing mail are also provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method for supporting a network device. In one arrangement, the system and method pertain to establishing a network connection, communicating with a code source via the network, downloading operating code from the code source via the network, and booting using the downloaded operating code. In another arrangement, the system and method pertain to receiving a communication from the network device requesting operating code, determining which operating code to provide to the network device, and downloading operating code to the network device via the network.
