  • Publication number: 20080314942
Abstract: A shoulder strap for carrying a bag such as a golf bag consists of a central portion formed into a substantially V-shaped shoulder pad with end portions formed into substantially inverted V-shaped panels. The ergonomic shape of the multiple V-shaped shoulder pad moves the line of action of the shoulder strap closer to the center line of a person's body. The shoulder pad may also include a plurality of elongate bearing pads that vary in height to accommodate the slope of a person's shoulder for greater comfort.

  • Publication number: 20060100033
Abstract: A golf club head and a method for shifting the club head center of gravity. The golf club head includes a body having a front face, a back face, a heel end, a toe end, and a sole extending between lower portions of the heel and the toe ends. The golf club head also has a top rail extending between upper portions of the heel and toe ends and at least one cavity extending from the back surface into the body. Three or four weighting elements are attached to the body to shift the club head center of gravity in accordance with the desired performance of an individual golfer. • Publication number: 20050101408
Abstract: A golf club head includes a balance weight for swing balancing the golf club. The balance weight is selected from a plurality of balance weights and mounted in a weight cavity formed in the golf club head. A cover, imprinted with information such as the club model designation, is mounted to the club head body so that it substantially covers the balance weight. By providing a single cover for each model of golf club, in combination with a plurality of weights that are interchangeable between golf club models, the total number of balance weights that must be maintained in inventory is significantly reduced.
