    Abstract: Method and materials for making a mold that conforms to a body part, such as the stump of an amputated limb. This is formed by two, or more, layers of knit fabric substrate, one or more of which is impregnated with a water activated foaming isocyanate polymer casting resin which is placed over the body part to be molded, and allowed to cure.
