    Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for utilizing blood oxygenation information with respiratory therapy. These systems and methods may provide respiratory therapy to a patient (119), which may include providing a flow of gas to a patient via a patient interface. Blood oxygenation information for the patient is then obtained. The blood oxygenation information is then used to adjust the respiratory therapy, advance a diagnosis for the patient, or for other purposes.
