  • Publication number: 20240102628
Abstract: A headlight assembly for a vehicle includes a foreground light source configured to project light over a first field of view greater than 20-degrees wide, and a spot beam light source that includes a plurality of pixel light sources configured to project light over a second field of view smaller than the first field of view and overlapping the first field of view. The foreground light source and the spot beam light source are operable together in a low-beam mode to generate a combined low-beam projection pattern. A lighting system for a vehicle comprises two headlight assemblies. Each of the headlight assemblies includes: a foreground light source, and a spot beam light source having a plurality of pixel light sources. The lighting system also comprises a controller in communication with the spot beam light sources to communicate pattern data thereto for controlling a cut-off pattern of the light projected therefrom.

  • Patent number: 11644167
Abstract: A light system comprising: (a) one or more bezels; (b) an internal lens located within and in communication with the one or more bezels, wherein the internal lens has a height; and (c) a light source that directs light from the light system to a location outside of a vehicle that is configured to house the light system, wherein some of the light is directed to the location outside of the vehicle directly through the internal lens; wherein the one or more bezels include a reflector surface located outside of the height of the internal lens and some of the light from the light source is redirected by the internal lens to the reflector surface of the one or more bezels so that the light is redirected outside of the height of the internal lens to the location outside of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 9768550
Abstract: The invention relates to a lever-type connector for facilitating the connection. The connector includes a housing on which a cable guide cover is mounted. A lever is rotatably mounted on the cable guide cover and displaces a slide. In the course of the rotation of the lever, the slide cooperates with the cable guide cover in order to maintain the cable guide cover on the housing with greater force and in a better-adapted manner.
