Abstract: A system and method for identifying over sedation risk factors and generating appropriate alerts for healthcare professionals as a result of an algorithm triggered based whether a calculated over sedation risk score/level for the patient crosses a predefined threshold, and determine whether the patient score is at a low, moderate, or high risk for over sedation. If the patient is at a moderate or high risk, an alert may be triggered and displayed to the healthcare professional, along with data associated with the alert in a synchronized timeline displayed on a user interface.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include a sepsis alert and recovery treatment system that is configured to provide identification of time zero, track documentation and communication between providers identifying sepsis, generate associated alerts, provide recommendations and tracking for SEP-1 bundle compliance, display remaining time for reassessment, and recommend and track re-assessment and sepsis recovery.
