  • Publication number: 20160236979
Abstract: A composition and process for manufacture thereof used in hybrid inventive building materials comprising Syngenite (K2Ca(SO4)2.H2O) and Struvite-K (KMgPO4.6H2O). Starting constituents include magnesium oxide (MgO), monopotassium phosphate (MKP) and stucco (calcium sulfate hemihydrate), mixed in predetermined ratios, cause reactions to proceed through multiple phases, which reactions variously are proceeding simultaneously and in parallel. Variables, e.g., water temperature, pH, mixing times and rates, have been found to affect resultant reaction products. Preferred ratios of chemical constituents and manufacturing parameters, including predetermined weight percent and specified ratios of Struvite-K and Syngenite are provided for building products used for specified purposes. Reactions are optimized in stoichiometry and additives to reduce the combined heat of formation to non-destructive levels. Various additives help control and guide reactions.

  • Patent number: 9419629
Abstract: A delay-locked loop (DLL) has a fractional phase frequency (PF) detector that reduces false locking and harmonic locking. The PF detector has a trunk, an upper branch, a lower branch, and a logic module. A delay line provides the PF detector a set of fractional phase-delayed clock signals that are used to prime and/or activate corresponding flip-flops of the trunk, upper branch, and lower branch in a sequence. The use of flip-flops in the lower branch activated by different fractional phase-delayed clock signals avoids false locking and harmonic locking over a wider range of initial delay magnitudes than conventional DLLs.

  • Patent number: 9420004
Abstract: Techniques for grouping virtual machine (VM) objects for networking and security services in a virtualized computing system are described. In one example embodiment, VM attributes and identity attributes are obtained from a virtual center and an identity server, respectively. One or more desired security groups are then formed based on security requirements of the virtualized computing system. A user defined dynamic expression is then associated with the one or more security groups. One or more expression attributes are then determined by evaluating the user defined dynamic expression using the obtained VM attributes and identity attributes. VM objects are then grouped based on the determined one or more expression attributes. The grouped VM objects are then associated with the created one or more security groups for providing the networking and security services.

  • Patent number: 9420554
Abstract: A network node receives a registration message, where the registration message is associated with registering a user equipment (UE) with a call signaling network for sending or receiving calls. The network node receives a notification message from a call session control node in the call signaling network, where the notification message indicates whether the UE is currently provisioned to engage in calls via a Voice over Long Term Evolution (VoLTE) network. The network node causes calls to or from the UE to be routed via the VoLTE network if the notification message indicates that the UE is currently provisioned to engage in calls via the VoLTE network, and causes calls to or from the UE to be routed via a legacy network, that is different than the VoLTE network, if the notification message indicates that the UE is currently not provisioned to engage in calls via the VoLTE network.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods for estimating a location of a wireless device in communication with a wireless network, such as an LTE/LTE-A network, based at least in part on WLAN/WPAN AP measurements and/or barometric measurements are disclosed. The wireless device responds to a location capability inquiry from the wireless network by providing a response that indicates the wireless device is configurable to estimate its location based on WLAN/WPAN AP and/or barometric measurements. The wireless network sends WLAN/WPAN AP and/or barometric reference information to the wireless device to assist in estimating its location. The wireless device measures one or more WLAN/WPAN APs, and the wireless device uses the WLAN/WPAN AP and/or barometric measurements to estimate its location. In some embodiments, GPS/GNSS information is used in conjunction with WLAN/WPAN AP and/or barometric measurements to estimate the location of the wireless device.

  • Publication number: 20160232380
Abstract: Approaches for transferring control to a bit set. Execution of a bit set upon a host operating system is monitored. A determination is made that the execution of the bit set exhibits a suspicious characteristic. In response, the execution of the bit set on the host operating system is ceased. Then, the bit set is copied into an isolated environment and control to the bit set is transferred within the isolated environment. Thereafter, execution analysis upon the bit set is initiated in the isolated environment. The isolated environment may, but need not, reside on a different physical device than upon which executes the host operating system.
