The method includes: receiving an input communication from a patient via a user interface in communication with the virtual triage system, the virtual triage system including a stored engagement model; parsing the input communication using the stored engagement model to derive a meaning from the input communication; gathering information from the patient via the user interface, the information related to the derived meaning of the input communication; accessing health data associated with the patient; generating a suggested care path using a stored care model based on the gathered information and the health data; and outputting the suggested care path to the patient via the user interface.

If the fencing command sent to the server does not result in limiting access by the failed node to all the disks in the disk subsystem, sending the command to another server having access to at least one disk in the disk subsystem to limit access by the failed node to the disks in the disk subsystem. Abstract: A platform independent model for exchanging information among numerous entities in a justice system with diverse system components is implemented in a hub and spoke arrangement. Each spoke includes a software agent that communicates with a system component of an entity of the justice system, translates from a common communication format to a communication format of the system component, and manages the timing of the flow of information to/from the system component. The hub includes an information broker that communicates with each agent in the common communication format, determines what information is needed by which entity, and routes the needed information to/from respective agents for the entities that need the information. The platform independent model includes a plurality of traceable and linked UML models that define the information broker from a business use case model through to a platform independent solution model for implementation on a given solution platform.
