  • Publication number: 20250101312
Abstract: A plastic pyrolysis plant, and a method of performing plastic pyrolysis, utilises a reactor (14) adapted to crack the polymeric material feedstock (1) in an environment without oxygen to convert the polymeric material into a hydrocarbon vapour and a solid carbon product called coke, wherein the reactor (14) cracks the polymeric material; and an extruder (2) to melt, heat and pump the plastic feed to the reactor (14). The extruder defines inlet ports for additives in solid, liquid or gaseous form, and at least one vent (5) for extracting any contamination vapours that may form, such that the extruder (2) is configured to remove contamination from the polymeric material feedstock (1).

  • Publication number: 20250084314
Abstract: The invention describes a method and apparatus for pyrolysis of polymeric material, comprising an injection nozzle (52) adapted to receive a melted polymeric feed (62) from an extruder (2), wherein the melted polymeric feed (62) has a reduced viscosity and is pre-heated to a pre-defined temperature at which pyrolysis starts to occur; and to atomize and disperse the melted polymeric feed (62) evenly across a heat carrying material into a fluidized bed reactor (10), by combining the melted polymeric feed (62) with a pressurised atomization gas (61) wherein the reduced viscosity and atomization gas facilitates even dispersion of the melted polymeric feed.

  • Publication number: 20220083986
Abstract: Methods and systems for providing a user-targeted report are provided. One method includes receiving an audio signal at a device, encoding a request for the report targeted to the requesting user. A set of incomplete tasks is identified, where tasks have a task-due timestamp and a reported status that indicates whether the task has been associated with a previous report. A set of upcoming tasks is identified from the incomplete tasks. A set of overdue tasks is identified from the incomplete tasks. From upcoming/overdue tasks a set of to-be-reported tasks is generated, via filtering criteria applied to the reported status of each task included in the upcoming/overdue tasks. The report includes a reminder for at least a portion of the tasks included in the set of to-be-reported tasks.
