  • Patent number: 11597665
Abstract: A disinfection system device for producing ozone water directly in a water pipe system contains an electrolytic tap water ozonation generator and holder. The electrolytic tap water ozonation generator includes at least one anode sheet and at least one cathode sheet. The holder includes a base, and the base has a locking portion, an inflow orifice, an outflow orifice, a connection interface, and a damping valve. A flow switch is mounted above the base and has an intake, and a discharge orifice of the flow switch is communicated with the outflow orifice. A top of the base is connected with one of two lids, the other lid is connected with the first socket and a second socket, and the other lid accommodates a control panel. The number of the anode sheet(s) is n which is a natural number and n?1. The number of the cathode sheets is n+1.

  • Patent number: 9757697
Abstract: A spray atomizing ozone water generating apparatus with gas storage ability includes a gas-water mixing chamber with atomizing water nebulizer, a delay circuit, as well as a tap water inlet valve and an ozone water outlet valve controlled by the delay circuit. Because the mixer has ozone storage ability, atomizing water nebulizer will atomize tap water sufficiently, ozone water generating apparatus according to the invention can thus produce super high concentration ozone water having a concentration more than 30 ppm.

  • Patent number: 9248208
Abstract: A device for sterilizing an ice machine using ozone gas from an electrolytic ozone generator includes a pure water tank (2), a pure water refilling device (1), and the electrolytic ozone generator (3). The pure water tank (2) is connected to a gas-feeding solenoid valve (4) and a gas-discharging solenoid valve (5). The gas-discharging solenoid valve (5) is connected to a reducing carbon tank (6), which is connected to a vent (10). The gas-feeding solenoid valve (4) is connected to a tee pipe (11-4) of the ice machine (11). The tee pipe (11-4) is connected to a water pump (11-2) in an ice-machine water tank (11-1) and an ice-machine evaporator (11-3) through loop piping. A controlling circuit board (7) is connected to power source (8), and further connected to the electrolytic ozone generator (3), the gas-feeding solenoid valve (4), the gas-discharging solenoid valve (5), and a motherboard (11-6).

  • Publication number: 20120097619
Abstract: A method for keeping ozone of high concentration while turning on an electrolysis-type ozone device is provided with an ozone generator, a pure water tank, a pipe, another pipe, the other pipe, an ozone gas delivery pipe, and a DC power supply that provides electricity for the ozone generator and the controlling valve. When the ozone generator is turned off for a period, the DC power supply continues providing a half-loaded current for the ozone generator to operate; wherein, the half-loaded current is half smaller than a full-loaded current. When a predetermined time is reached, the DC power supply instantly offers the full-loaded current to the ozone generator, thereby triggering the ozone generator to automatically operate. The method automatically turns on the ozone generator to produce new ozone gas after the ozone device is turned off and stops discharging the ozone gas or the ozone water.
