A cutting edge is defined in the second lateral edge portion that includes a rearward facing portion that extends generally laterally from a distal end portion of the second lateral edge portion toward the first lateral edge portion and a forward facing cutting edge portion that extends from said second lateral edge portion toward said first lateral edge portion.
