Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, while in dual connectivity with a carrier of a second cell group, a first grant for a first communication on a carrier of a first cell group. The UE may determine an allocated power for the first cell group by a specified time offset before a start of second cell group transmissions. The UE may receive a second grant, after the first grant, for a second communication on the first cell group. The UE may transmit the first communication with a first transmit power. The UE may transmit the second communication with a second transmit power that is based on the allocated power and the first transmit power and/or a maximum transmit power for the first cell group. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A method and system are disclosed for automatic replenishment of a retail enterprise store, and a computer-readable storage medium. In the method of the present disclosure, historical operational transaction data of at least one store of the same type as the retail enterprise store is used to obtain four indicators of each product of the at least one store, a plurality of target features having an impact on an indicator matrix composed of the four indicators are extracted to provide replenishment suggestions, and the indicator matrix composed of the four indicators is automatically adjusted to update a replenishment model. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, a set of algorithm models can be optimized and customized according to the historical operational transaction data of the store and external environments such as weather changes, business circle customer flow, discount events, etc.

Abstract: Cot fastening systems which fix and hold an emergency cot to a crash stable, cot fastener track included in the system and provided within an emergency vehicle and methods of affixing the emergency cot thereto are disclosed. The track has a longitudinal length with first and second ends, open side rails longitudinally extending between the ends, and a channel centrally located between the rails. The side rails align, accommodate and guide a first fixture of the cot towards the first end as the cot is rolled within the vehicle and to retain the first fixture adjacent the first end at least vertically and laterally therein. The channel accommodates therein and retains a second fixture adjacent the second end at least vertically and laterally therein. A securing mechanism releasably prevents removal of the first fixture from the open side rails and removal of the second fixture from the channel.

Abstract: An apparatus and method is presented for receiving and displaying user messages associated with multimedia content. Specifically, the present invention is directed to controlling the operation of a television recording/playback system to permit a user to input a message, associate that message with a selected television program, and display the associated message when the selected television program is accessed by another user (see FIG. 1). The apparatus of the present invention is directed to a system for managing multimedia content including devices for storing television programs and associating with those programs user-generated messages for display to other system users. In this way, the present invention provides content management tools that promote sharing by all users, ease the process of establishing a consensus for managing limited resources, and encourage monitoring by the administrator.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a scratch-off product with enhanced security comprises printing indicia and one or more other layers of the scratch-off product using inks and/or dies having the same or a similar chemical composition as the indicia to protect against attempts to view the hidden indicia without scratching-off the scratch-off coating. Printing the indicia and one or more layers of the scratch-off product using inks having the same or a similar chemical composition substantially reduces and/or eliminates the signal-to-noise ratio of the indicia relative to the other portions of the scratch-off product. In one embodiment, some or all of the layers of the scratch-off product are printed to cover the entirety of the scratch-off product increasing the efficiency of printing scratch-off products.
