  • Patent number: 11350687
Abstract: A helmet manufacturing method involves: producing a shell and a protector, the shell having two opposing cheek-protecting portions, the protector having a jaw-protecting portion and a neck-protecting portion connected to the jaw-protecting portion; putting the shell and the protector in a die such that bottom edges of the cheek-protecting portions of the shell connect to a top edge of the neck-protecting portion of the protector; introducing a foam material into the die, apply heat and pressure to the foam material such that the foam material expands and binds to an inner side of the shell and an inner side of the protector; and taking a helmet finished product out of the die. Therefore, both the jaw-protecting portion of the integrally-formed protector and the helmet finished product are reinforced.

  • Patent number: 11318049
Abstract: A goggle includes a goggle frame, a lens assembly including a lens mounted on the goggle frame, two reels rotatably mounted on the goggle frame on opposing left and right ends of the lens and a soft sheet mounted between the two reels and abutting the outer surface of the lens, and a control assembly that can be set on one of the two reels according to the dominant hand of the wearer. With this, once the soft sheet is dirty, the wearer operates the control assembly with his dominant hand, so that the control assembly drives the reel set to rotate. At this time, the driven reel will further drive the soft sheet to move laterally relative to the lens, and then roll up the dirty part, so that the soft sheet can always be kept clean in the part corresponding to the lens.

  • Publication number: 20210145106
Abstract: A helmet includes a shell having a head-protecting portion and two opposing cheek-protecting portions, the two cheek-protecting portions extending downward, integrally from left and right ends of the head-protecting portion, respectively, a protector having a jaw-protecting portion and a neck-protecting portion, the neck-protecting portion extending backward, integrally from a back end of the jaw-protecting portion, wherein a top edge of the neck-protecting portion of the protector connects to bottom edges of the cheek-protecting portions of the shell, and a foam liner disposed on an inner side of the shell and on an inner side of the protector to couple the shell and the protector together. The helmet further comprises a support disposed within the protector and enclosed by the foam liner.

  • Publication number: 20200196696
Abstract: A safety helmet includes a shell, a flexible frame attached to the shell from inside, and a slide-facilitating member attached to the flexible frame from inside. In virtue of the slide-facilitating member, the shell when receiving incoming impact can slide with respect to a head of a user wearing it, so that the safety helmet can absorb and convert energy of the incoming impact force into other forms of energy, thereby enhancing protection to the user's head.

  • Patent number: 6098488
Abstract: A brake lever for a cycle includes a brake handle having a crank beam pivotally coupled to a lever bracket at a pivot shaft, an adjuster nut rotatably received in the brake handle and extended outward of the brake handle so as to be rotated by the user. A bar has one end pivotally coupled to the crank beam at a pivot pin and has a cable link pivotally coupled to the other end. A bolt is threaded through the adjuster nut and has one end pivotally coupled to the bar for rotating the bar about the pivot pin and for adjusting the brake lever to different brake leverages.
