Abstract: System and techniques for autonomously adaptive performance monitoring are described herein. A text input field may be presented on a graphical user interface. A flow-selector may be presented in contact with the text input field in response to receiving user input at the text input field. Here, the flow-selector includes a set of flow choices selected based on the user input. A user selection of a flow choice may be received. Next-steps flow elements may be presented in response to the user selection. User query choices may be collected from the next-steps flow elements to populate a query template corresponding to the flow choice. The query template is executed to produce search results.

Abstract: In an example embodiment, a request to onboard a first user to a software tool is received. A first query is performed on information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to obtain a first set of CRM entities of a first type. Then a second query is performed on information in the CRM system to obtain a second set of CRM entities of the first type, the first and second queries designed to retrieve CRM entities related to the first user. Results of the first and second queries are stored in the software tool as a single data type, wherein the software tool is separate and distinct from the CRM system and is configured to provide insights into the results based at least in part on information from social network profiles related to the results.
