Abstract: Some embodiments of the disclosure provide a decellularized heart valve (DHV) composite, a preparation method of the DHV composite, and a use of the DHV composite. In some examples, the preparation method of the DHV composite includes the following steps: S1, conducting a reaction I on a DHV with a copper chloride-dopamine hydrochloride mixed solution to obtain a copper ion-modified DHV; and S2, conducting a reaction II on the copper ion-modified DHV with a GDF11 solution to obtain the DHV composite. In other examples, the present disclosure provides a use of the DHV composite in preparation of a tissue-engineered heart valve (TEHV). In further examples, the TEHV is a heart valve (HV) with remodeling and regeneration capabilities.

The crack barrier structure is located in a peripheral area, and at least a part of an orthographic projection of the crack barrier structure onto the base extends in an extension direction of a boundary of a display area. The crack barrier structure includes: a groove structure and a blocking portion, the groove structure is in the insulating layer, and a part of the blocking portion is located in the groove structure. The signal line is located at the peripheral area, and includes a top surface facing away from the base, and a side surface located between the top surface and the base, and at least a part of the side surface away from the display area is between the blocking portion and the groove structure.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to techniques for managing digital assets (DAs). An example method includes: establishing, by one or more server devices, a personal DA library having DAs and related DA records, each of the DA records including a set of fields including a master record of a respective DA; establishing, by the one or more server devices, a shared DA library separate from the personal DA library; receiving, by the one or more server devices, a share DA instruction related to a particular DA in the personal DA library; transferring a first part of the DA record for the particular DA from the personal DA library to the shared DA library, the first part including the master record; and, after completing said transferring, maintaining a second part of the DA record for the particular DA in the personal DA library, wherein the second part does not include the master record.

Abstract: The method for optimizing a light source in integrated circuit manufacturing, includes following steps: S1, providing an initial light source; S2, performing region segmentation according to light intensity distribution of the initial light source to obtain a plurality of sub light source regions; S3, providing at least two matching patterns and matching them with each sub light source region to obtain at least two matching results corresponding to each sub light source region; S4, performing calculating based on the at least two matching results and each sub light source region to obtain a best matching pattern corresponding to each sub light source region; and S5, generating a light source to be optimized based on the best matching pattern corresponding to each sub light source region.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for registering a circuit design layout and a scanning electron microscope image. The method comprises: step S1, providing a circuit design layout and a scanning electron microscope image; step S2: processing the circuit design layout to acquire a binary design layout image, and processing the scanning electron microscope image to acquire a binary scanning electron microscope image; step S3: performing Gaussian filtering on the binary design layout image and the binary scanning electron microscope image to maximize a gray value at a central axis of regions corresponding to a design pattern and a scanned pattern; and Step S4: performing registration according to the central axis of the design pattern and the scanned pattern.
