Abstract: In an apparatus, a recognizing unit recognizes at least one road marking line and at least a closer edge of a road located around an own vehicle. A detecting unit detects, based on the at least one road marking line and the closer edge of the road, an evacuation space at a location of the road where the own vehicle is parkable in an extending direction of the road. A first determining unit determines whether a detection result of the evacuation space is reliable. A second determining unit determines whether to perform limp-home control that causes the own vehicle to travel from a current location of the own vehicle to the evacuation space in response to determination of whether the detection result of the evacuation space is reliable.

Abstract: A semaglutide derivative and a preparation method therefor are provided. Specifically, a fusion protein has a green fluorescent protein folding unit and a semaglutide precursor or an active fragment thereof are provided. The expression level of the fusion protein is significantly improved. Moreover, the green fluorescent protein folding unit in the fusion protein can be digested into small fragments by a protease; and compared with a target protein, a molecular weight difference is large, and the fusion protein is easily separated. Further provided are a method for preparing semaglutide by using the fusion protein and a method for preparing an intermediate.

Abstract: The present application discloses a fin structure and a heat exchanger, wherein the fin structure includes: a fin base, the fin base having a tube hole for a heat exchange tube passing through, and the fin base being a corrugated fin; and a plurality of convex parts, the convex part being disposed on the fin base, and the plurality of convex parts surrounding an outer circumference of the tube hole. The fin structure and heat exchanger according to the present application can effectively improve a heat exchange effect of the fin and enhance a heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger.

Abstract: An insulin degludec derivative and a preparation method therefor are provided. Specifically, a fusion protein has a green fluorescent protein folding unit and an insulin degludec precursor or an active fragment thereof are provided. The fusion protein has a significantly increased expression level, and the insulin degludec precursor protein in the fusion protein is folded correctly, and has biological activity. Moreover, the green fluorescent protein folding unit in the fusion protein can be digested into small fragments by a protease, which have a great difference in molecular weight in comparison to a target protein, and are easy to separate. A method for using the fusion protein to prepare insulin degludec and prepare an intermediate thereof are also provided.
