Abstract: A system for managing Web-based real-time audiovisual service transactions is available to a remote supplier and a remote client through a network connection. The system includes a master module, a supplier module, a client module and a data transfer platform. The master module bridges the expectation gap between the remote supplier and the remote client. The supplier module and the client module use a human face and/or a voiceprint to discern the identities of the remote supplier and the remote client. The master module sniffs a service process to exercise direct control over transaction content quality.
