  • Publication number: 20170335907
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic circuit (1) of a torque transmission device, wherein at least two, in particular closed in a non-actuated state (normally closed), clutches (2, 3) of the torque transmission device can be element (12, 13) of the hydraulic circuit, wherein in a clutch opening state, every clutch valve element (12, 13) is connected to a high-pressure line (30) that is applied with the pressure of a high-pressure hydraulic accumulator (31) and/or generator (32), by means of a pressurisation line (22, 23) for the deflection of the clutch (2, 3), and in a closing state, same is connected to a low-pressure tank (40) by means of a tank line (42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49) for releasing a deflection pressure, and wherein the tank lines (42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49) of the clutch valve elements (12, 33) are guided to a safety valve (50), in particular by means of a common collection tank line (41), which safety valve can be switched in such a way that the tank lines (42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48,

  • Patent number: 6029542
Abstract: A power-split gear consists of a hydrostatic unit and of a mechanical gear unit which are accommodated in a common case with a cover. So that the components can be easily mounted and exchanged, a distributor shaft coupled to an engine is mounted in the case, a gearwheel for driving the hydrostatic unit and the mechanical gear unit being in each case arranged fixedly in terms of rotation on the distributor shaft, the hydrostatic unit is fastened to the inside of the cover, the cover has, on the inside, a fitting face which cooperates with at least one counterface of a bearing pedestal of the mechanical gear unit, fluid ducts provided in the cover opening out in the fitting face, and control elements connected to the fluid ducts are arranged on the outer face of the cover.

  • Patent number: 6001038
Abstract: Described is a method of controlling a power distribution hydromechanical branched transmission consisting of an adjustable hydrostatic unit (4), an integrating planetary gear (10) with at least two outputs (26, 27) and, connected to the integrating planetary gear, a range-changing gear (11) designed as a double planetary gear. The two outputs (26, 27) are connected to the range-changing gear (11) by a first clutch (K1) or a second clutch (K2), and one element of the range-changing gear (11) is controlled by a third clutch (KV). Additional clutches (K3, K4) are fitted for the other ranges. In conditions in which the gear-change position is uncertain, the first clutch (K1) or the second clutch (K2), depending on the instantaneous speed of the vehicle, is synchronized and engaged by adjusting the hydrostatic unit (4), and then either one of the other clutches (K3, K4) or the third clutch (KV) is synchronized and engaged.

  • Patent number: 5980411
Abstract: A method of changing the range of a hydrostatic/mechanical power split transmission is specified: firstly, the command to engage the clutch for the next range is given, then the transfer of the load to this clutch is carried out and then the command to disengage the clutch for the old range (V.sub.x) is given if, during the load transfer, a characteristic speed value of the summing planetary gearbox (10), for example the speed of the planet carrier (25), remains constant. In this way, the sensors for the clutches are dispensed with and quicker changes of range are made possible.

  • Patent number: 5911645
Abstract: A drive unit is composed of an internal combustion engine (1) and of a continuously controllable division gear which comprises a continuously controllable hydrostatic engine/pump unit (4) and a summator gear (10) with subsequent range gears (12, 13) for successive stepup ranges. In order to make this drive unit also possible at operating points within an interval containing the shift points, first the hydrostatic unit (4) is controlled further as far as the shift point, while the engine speed continues to remain constant, the clutch assigned to the next range is then closed and the desired vehicle speed is set by changing the engine speed and is maintained.
