    Abstract: The present invention relates to a vaccine composition for preventing severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection. The vaccine composition for preventing severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection according to the present invention comprises spike and ORF3a or nucleocapsid as an antigen against SARS-CoV-2. The vaccine composition has a significant effect of inducing antibody immune responses and T-cell immune responses by a plurality of co-expressed antigens compared to those comprising one antigen, and thus can be variously used in the field of prevention of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for coating an implant using heat, and more particularly to a method for coating only the surface of an implant with a biocompatible polymer by using heat while maintaining physical characteristics of the implant. The method for coating an implant using heat according to the present invention may effectively introduce a biocompatible polymer onto a three-dimensional material surface and thus may overcome the spatial limitations of light, and enables mass-coating and thus may be effectively used in the manufacture of an implant coated with a biocompatible polymer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for determining malignant melanoma by a scanning probe microscope system with a cantilever, which includes: setting locations of a plurality of measurement points to be measured in a sample tissue; applying force in a predetermined range to each measurement point on the sample tissue through the cantilever and acquiring information on a distance between a probe and the sample tissue depending on force for each measurement point; generating a force-distance graph of measurement points based on distance information depending on the force acquired at the plurality of measurement points; and determining whether the sample tissue is malignant melanoma based on characteristics information of the sample tissue extracted from the force-distance graph.
