  • Patent number: 11961198
Abstract: A system and a method for improved generation of 3D avatars for virtual try-on of garments is provided. Inputs from a first user type are received, via a first input unit, for generating one or more garment types in a graphical format. Further, a 3D avatar of a second user type is generated in a semi-automatic manner or an automatic manner based on capturing a first input type or a second input type respectively received via a second input unit. The first input type comprises measurements of body specifications of the second user type and the second input type comprises body images of the second user type. Further, the generated garments are rendered on the generated 3D avatar of the second user type for carrying out a virtual try-on operation.

  • Patent number: 11748795
Abstract: A system and method for generating an optimized online garment creation platform is provided. Multiple fabric pieces data are rendered via a user interface (UI) on user device. Fabric pieces data are tagged on UI based on a circulatory score. Size of garment type is tagged on UI using tagged fabric piece data for designing a garment via UI. Garment types are rendered in template form on UI. The garment type templates are tagged on UI. Tagged garment type template is split into fixed number of panels. Images in panels of garment type template are optimally embedded. A pixel per distance metric of edited region of the image is computed for determining size of edited region of image. Edited region of image is added as a swatch in the garment type template. The panels of the garment type template are tagged for embedding with edited images.

  • Patent number: 11144832
Abstract: A system and method for determining an optimal solution to an optimization problem in a swarm of candidate solutions is provided. The invention comprises generating a population of random particles, where each particle is representative of a candidate solution. Further, a best particle is identified from the generated population of particles. The best particle is representative of an optimal solution. The population of particles is categorised into similar and non-similar particle groups by applying one or more multivariate measurement techniques, and similarity between the particles of the non-similar particle group with best particle is updated by applying an imitation technique. The generated population is updated with updated particles and a new best particle is evaluated from said population. Furthermore, final best particle is determined by further updating the population of particles until one or more target conditions are achieved.
