The third connector is electrically connected with the AC source. The controller is electrically connected between the first data transmission line and a second data transmission line. The controller and the portable device transmit data to each other. The controller sends a signal to the portable device, enabling the portable device to start a quick charge mode. The power module is electrically connected with the first connector, the second connector, and the third connector.

The switch has an input terminal electrically connected to an output terminal of the capacitor, and an output terminal electrically connected to the first power-inputted terminal A first voltage detector has an output terminal electrically connected to the switch and configured to detect an output voltage of the capacitor. When the first voltage detector detects that an input voltage of the switch is higher than a first preset voltage, the switch is set in a conductive status.

An input end of boost converter is connected to external voltage source, and output end of boost converter is electrically connected to the device. A control circuit is connected to boost converter in parallel. A first predetermined voltage value and a predetermined current value is set in control circuit. When output current of external voltage source is larger than predetermined current value or output voltage of external voltage source is lower than first predetermined voltage value, output voltage of boost converter is reduced to be lower than the voltage of energy storing element by control circuit.
