In the present application, the intermediate compound III—4-alkoxybicyclo[3.2.1]-3-octen-2-one is generated through the reaction of 3-chlorobicyclo[3.2.1]-3-octen-2-one with a strong alkali and an alcohol, and then a target product bicyclo[3.2.1]-3-octane-2,4-dione can be obtained in high yield through hydrolysis reaction.
