Abstract: A method and system for recommending research information news includes a processing unit, an inputting interface, a database group, a data collecting and analysis subsystem, and a recommending subsystem and includes steps of inputting at least one retrieval condition to collect correlative research documents including a publishing timing and linguistic units according to the retrieval condition on an internet, grouping the research documents into at least two groups comprising a group of early research documents and another group of new recent research documents according to the publishing timing and a judging timing, subjecting the linguistic units to computer term frequency statistics, a document measurement, and a data surveying to generate research keywords, and filtering out the research keywords of the new recent research documents repeating those of the early research documents for recommending a new recent research keyword.

Abstract: This innovation is to create one journal manuscript submission decision support method and system. It includes three major subsystems which are Decision Factor Filtering System, Manuscript Submission Decision Support System and Decision Model Verification System. Using on-line questionnaire module can collect and filter the critical decision factors. Through the statistics analysis, the weighted decision factors can be stored on the factor weight model database. After combining with periodical database, the manuscript submission decision support system can generate the ranking journal list which assists author(s) to submit their research papers to the suitable academic journal. The decision model verification system verifies the usefulness and easy-to-use of this Journal Manuscript Submission Decision Support System. The decision model can be fine-tuned by verification system. The critical decision factors can be filtered out. Finally, it can reduce authors' time to look for suitable journal.

Abstract: A compensation evaluating support system for judgment of patent infringement includes an electronic device respectively and signally connected to an input interface which serves to input an infringement data and an output interface which serves to output a judging result, a database module for saving the infringement data, a machine-readable format module automatically formatting the infringement data, a factor screening module inputting a weighting questionnaire data with decision factors via the input interface and analyzing the weighting questionnaire data to generate a weighting coefficient which is thence stored in the database module, a decision support module for analyzing the infringement data and the weighting coefficient to generate the judging result, and a decision verification module for inputting a use questionnaire data via the input interface and analyzing the use questionnaire data to update the decision factors.

Abstract: A system for research and development information assisting in investment, and a method, a computer program, and a readable and recordable media for computer thereof are disclosed. The system comprises a processing unit, a database module, an investment analysis subsystem, and an output unit, and provides a method, a computer program or a readable and recordable media for computer. The investment analysis subsystem compares an academic document with a patent document to generate a technical relevancy, providing the user to determine whether a patent document of the target enterprise is forward-looking or whether too many popular patents are owned. Therefore, users can choose to enter the market earlier when the stock price of the enterprise is underestimated or exit earlier before the invested enterprise reduces the turnover and the enterprise value due to a vicious competition and a price reduction strategy of competitors, thereby ensuring investors' profits.
