  • Publication number: 20150354876
Abstract: An automatic two-way expansion valve that resolves the issue where the precision in flow control of existing expansion valves is low. This automatic two-way expansion valve comprises a valve body and the first and second valve cores inside the valve body. There is a small bore concatenate with a big bore inside second valve core. One end of first valve core passes through the big bore and plug into the small bore. There is a flow clearance between the end of first valve core and the sidewall of the small bore. There is a sealing cone on first valve core, which can press against the chamfer rim between the small bore and the big bore. It effectively improves the precision in flow control, by modifying the shape of the end of first valve core and adding the first and the second gaskets.

  • Publication number: 20150276286
Abstract: An expansion valve relating to the field of air conditioning technology. The present expansion valve comprises a housing, a cylindrical valve body with an inner cavity fixed inside the housing. In the inner cavity, there is a matched set of the first valve core and the second valve core sliding along it. A retaining ring is fixed in the inner cavity between the two valve cores. At both ends of the inner cavity there are spring assemblies driving the valve cores towards the retaining ring. A damping structure is also installed between the first valve core and the second valve core. In this manner, a cushioning effect is provided when the first valve core approaches the second valve core, which lightens the impacts to valve cores and thereby extend the service life of the expansion valve.

  • Publication number: 20020140331
Abstract: A track device comprises a first track, a second track slidably received in the first track, and a third track slidably received in the second track. The first track includes a retaining block having an upper side and an underside side. Each of the upper side and the underside side of the retaining block has a first end having an inclined surface tapering toward a longitudinal axis of the retaining block. Each of the upper side and the underside side of the retaining block further has a second end with an engaging portion. The second track is slidably received in the first track and has a clamping member mounted thereto. The clamping member includes a main body with two opposite sides and two resilient legs each having an intermediate portion connected to an associated side of the main body. Each resilient leg further includes a first end extending beyond the main body and a second end extending beyond the main body.

  • Patent number: 6390575
Abstract: A track device comprises a first track and a second track. An engaging member is mounted to an end of the first rack and includes at least one leg and at least one operative wall. The first track further includes an upper longitudinal lip and a lower longitudinal lip. The second track is slidably received in the first track and guided between the upper longitudinal lip and the lower longitudinal lip. A pressing block and a resilient member are mounted to the second track. The pressing block includes a pressing leg and a shoulder. The pressing leg presses against an end of the resilient member. The end of the resilient member includes a tappet plate. Another end of the resilient member includes a pressing portion. The shoulder of the pressing block abuts against the leg of the first track.

  • Patent number: 5860333
Abstract: In the indexing mechanism, for producing rotary indexing of a primary sprocket or pulley, a locking bracket is operable to alternately lock or unlock the primary sprocket or pulley. At the same time, the locking bracket alternately unlocks or locks an endless chain or synchronous belt at a locking location. The chain or synchronous belt passes around the primary sprocket or pulley and past the chain or synchronous belt locking location. The chain or synchronous belt has first and second loops between the primary sprocket or pulley and the chain or synchronous belt locking location, on opposite sides thereof. First and second secondary sprockets or pulleys are mounted on the ends of first and second cylinder rods respectively, each secondary sprocket having one of the loops passing over it. The locking bracket is moved between two positions, to lock either the sprocket or pulley, or the chain or synchronous belt at the locking location.
