    Abstract: An improved device for exercising the PC muscles comprises a pair of squeezable arms that contract and expand in relation to one another. A spring biasing means inside an axle section provides a resistive force element that urges the arms in the expanded position and thus the female can exercise the PC muscles against this force by squeezing the arms together. Each of the arms is symmetrical in shape includes a bulbous tip portion and a narrower shaft portion.
