  • Publication number: 20190004548
Abstract: In a gas fuel supply regulator, a valve lever a base end of which is firmly fixed to a valve body by a pin arranged on a side of a valve seat of a valve, a rear surface at a leading end of which is supported by a control pressure set spring, and on a surface of which a rod holding recessed part that holds a rod of a diaphragm is formed is slidably arranged, a valve body is opened by fuel of before pressure reduction which fuel is introduced from a fuel inlet to a pressure regulation chamber through the valve, the valve lever is slid, the diaphragm is operated through a coupling mechanism between the rod holding recessed part of the valve lever and the rod of the diaphragm, and pressure of the fuel in the pressure regulation chamber is reduced.

  • Patent number: 7185624
Abstract: The invention provides a fuel injection control apparatus of an engine in which a temperature sensor for detecting an engine temperature is inexpensive and a wiring to a control unit is made unnecessary, thereby restricting a system cost low. A control unit (5) is integrally formed with a throttle chamber (3) corresponding to a peripheral device of an engine (1), a temperature sensor (6) detecting an engine temperature is directly attached to a substrate (5b) of the control unit (5), and the temperature sensor (6) estimates an actual engine temperature on the basis of an engine peripheral temperature detected by the temperature sensor (6) by using a correlation data obtained by previously searching a correlation between the engine peripheral temperature detected by the temperature sensor (6) and the actual engine temperature under the same condition, thereby calculating a fuel increase amount and time for the increase amount necessary from a low temperature start to a warm-up finish.

  • Patent number: 6003844
Abstract: A dual carburetor, designed to simplify passage constructions of the main fuel system and the low-speed fuel system and to improve the productivity, production cost, quick response and reliability in fuel supply, includes main fuel passages (14) and low-speed fuel passages (19) extending vertically from a central portion of a fuel chamber (6) to the height of and between two air suction passages (2). Main nozzles (18) are connected to upper end portions of the main fuel passages (14), and the low-speed fuel passages (19) are bent at its upper end in horizontal directions to reach low-speed ports. Air bleed passages (24, 26) for respective fuel passages (14, 19) are formed to extend from near inlets of air suction passages (2) in horizontal directions to communicate with the fuel passages (14, 19), respectively.
