Abstract: Provided is a motor device capable of detecting entry of water into a housing before a control circuit is submerged. A first motor bus bar includes a first U-phase motor bus bar, a first V-phase motor bus bar, and a first W-phase motor bus bar. A first control circuit is connected to the first motor bus bar. The first U-phase motor bus bar, the first V-phase motor bus bar, and the first W-phase motor bus bar are disposed on the lower side with respect to the first control circuit in a gravity direction. The first control circuit detects entry of water into a motor housing of the motor device, based on the status of power supply to the first U-phase motor bus bar, the first V-phase motor bus bar, and the first W-phase motor bus bar.
