  • Patent number: 11225148
Abstract: A target value obtaining section obtains a target value for the difference in rotational motion between a first motor and a second motor and a target value for output torque. A torque command value calculating section calculates a torque command value for the first motor and a torque command value for the second motor that achieve both of the target value for the difference in rotational motion and the target value for the output torque by using an inverse model of a motion model corresponding to a merging system.

  • Patent number: 11021072
Abstract: A heat management control device for a vehicle that includes an electric motor and a power supply section that includes a storage battery and that supplies electrical power to the electric motor. The heat management control device includes a charging device that charges the storage battery through a connection to an external power source, a heat exchanger that performs heat exchange of heat generated by the charging device during charging with fluid flowing in a specific transport path. The heat management control device includes a heat storage section that uses a chemical reaction partway along the specific transport path in order to recover heat from the fluid and that stores the recovered heat, and a fluid supply controller that, from immediately after a vehicle is started, releases heat stored by the heat storage section to the fluid, and selectively supplies the fluid to a predetermined plurality of warm-up targets.

  • Patent number: 8294272
Abstract: A power module includes a pair of power devices that are stacked with a plate-shaped output electrode arranged therebetween, and an N-electrode and a P-electrode that are stacked with the pair of power devices arranged therebetween. The output electrode is anisotropic such that the thermal conductivity in a direction orthogonal to the stacking direction is greater than the thermal conductivity in the stacking direction. Also, the output electrode extends in the orthogonal direction from a stacked area where the pair of power devices are stacked. The N-electrode and the P-electrode extend in the orthogonal direction while maintaining an opposing positional relationship.
