    Abstract: A frame apparatus having an adjustable hanging height. The frame apparatus may include a frame having a mounting member thereon. The mounting member may extend along an axis and have a plurality of mounting elements located on opposite sides of the axis in an axially spaced apart manner. Furthermore, a mounting bracket is configured to be coupled to a support surface (i.e., a wall) and to the mounting member. The mounting bracket may extend along an axis and have a plurality of mounting elements located on opposite sides of the axis in an axially spaced apart manner. The frame may be hung from the support surface by engaging a subset of the mounting elements of the mounting member with the mounting elements of the mounting bracket. The mounting member and the mounting bracket may collectively form a hanging assembly for the frame apparatus.
