    Abstract: There is disclosed a sanitary waste collector particularly useful for picking up pet feces. The collector includes a handle which moves a disposable container from an open condition, where the container is placed over the pet feces, to a closed condition, where the container scoops up the pet feces. The container is loaded into the handle from a stack of containers and is thereafter ejected from the handle for purposes of disposal, after the container has been sealed.
