  • Publication number: 20220210963
Abstract: The present invention relates to a soil tillage implement having soil tillage tools in particular tine-type tools such as wing share cultivator tines or goosefoot share cultivator tines, and a centre longitudinal axis, wherein the soil tillage implement comprises a number n of soil tillage tools, which are arranged in one or more tool rows following one another in the working direction and oriented transversely to the working direction, and comprises a number s of disc tools which are arranged in one or more disc rows following one another in the working direction and oriented transversely to the working direction and located in the working direction in front of the soil tillage tools. The soil tillage tools comprise at least a first tool region and a second tool region and the first tool region, through its exposed arrangement, is subjected to greater wear than the second tool region. The invention furthermore relates to a method for producing such a soil tillage implement.

  • Patent number: 10433471
Abstract: A ground working implement comprises a frame for receiving working tools and a trailer tower on one side of the ground working implement for attaching the ground working implement to a vehicle. An auxiliary chassis arranged on an other side of the ground working implement with at least one wheel arm and a wheel rotatably fastened thereto. The at least one wheel arm is movable vertically with respect to the ground working implement via at least one linkage. At least one energy accumulator is arranged movably between the frame and the at least one wheel arm with at least one bearing, wherein the at least one bearing is arranged on a straight line. The at least one linkage is arranged in a lowered position and a raised position of the at least one wheel arm along the straight line.

  • Patent number: 10412873
Abstract: A towed soil cultivation implement (1) is proposed in which the soil tillage tools (5) are guided by a contact pressure controlled depth guide device (9), which enables a constant weight load on a downstream, adjustable reconsolidation implement (6) on uneven ground as well. In the process, the pull line between tractor (3) and soil cultivation implement (1) are maintained in an optimum position.

  • Publication number: 20170354076
Abstract: The invention relates to an agricultural implement having an auxiliary chassis, which implement is supported by the three-point hydraulics of a towing vehicle and has an additional support wheel, on which a spring force acts, to improve the steerability of the vehicle. A dead center mechanism resiliently lifts the support wheel when the implement is in the working position.

  • Patent number: 9398738
Abstract: The invention refers to a soil cultivation implement with two tool rows of hollow discs of a first hollow discs row and of a second hollow discs row. One hollow disc in the first hollow discs row is positioned slightly offset to the rear. In the second hollow discs row there is a hollow disc in a position offset to the front. In order to prevent lateral pull with a soil cultivation implement of this type the hollow discs rows were positioned relatively symmetrically and were offset where the hollow discs point towards each other with their convex sides or with their concave sides. This offset has the effect of optimizing the soil flow and prevents components colliding with each other. This ensures even cultivation over the whole working width of the implement, including in the area of greater working depths with hollow discs that have a larger diameter.

  • Patent number: 9398737
Abstract: The invention refers to a soil cultivation implement with two successively and obliquely positioned frame parts, on which hollow discs on separately rotating bearings are positioned in parallel. Hollow discs of one frame part point in the direction of working with the concave sides obliquely to the front and the outside. Hollow discs of the other frame part point in the direction of working with the concave sides obliquely to the front and the center. The chords of the concave sides of the hollow discs are positioned to form an obtuse angle with the surface of the soil. The respective two hollow discs in the middle section that point towards each other with their concave sides or their convex sides are constructed so that in each case one of these hollow discs has a smaller diameter and is positioned in the direction of working offset towards the adjacent hollow discs.

  • Publication number: 20150230389
Abstract: The invention refers to centrally adjustable actuators for devices for piling up, collecting or handling earth or mulch, which, depending on the weight of the device, can be used geared up, reduced or linearly. The actuators each have toothed segments with several teeth, which are connected with chain link type pinions fixed in the direction of adjustment but yielding and pivoted. The chain link type pinions are designed to pivot, slide or swivel in such a way that on a turn of the chain link type pinion by 180° the toothed segment and this the devices are changed in their working position displaced by a tooth distance and the chain link type pinions are moved backwards and forwards during this by a half tooth distance. FIG. 1 is to be provided for publication.
