  • Patent number: 11682938
Abstract: A stator of an electric motor having a stator core with a plurality of salient stator poles, an insulating cap, a stator winding consisting of a winding wire, and an interconnection unit with a plurality of winding-wire receptacles having an inside, wherein the winding wire is surrounded by a material constituting the winding-wire receptacle and connected and welded thereto on the inside. The stator is of an electric motor which is of a very high quality and precision so that high-current applications are possible. Without any major adjustments, the stator is combinable with different winding connections and is flexibly adaptable to the rest of the motor and possibly to the electronics design. The manufacturing method is capable of being flexibly adapted to different wire diameters.

  • Patent number: 9705368
Abstract: An electrical machine, in particular an electric motor, including a rotor, which has a laminated core made up of stacked laminating sheets having at least two tangentially extending holes, in each of which at least one permanent magnet is at least largely accommodated, at least one laminating sheet having at least one elastic arm, which is arranged between the at least two permanent magnets and lies against a permanent magnet and resiliently acts on said permanent magnet substantially in a tangential direction.

    Assignee: BÜHLER MOTOR GMBH
    Inventors: Thomas Schreiber, Georg Bonk
  • Patent number: 9621002
Abstract: In a DC motor, a permanent magnet rotor comprising a shaft, a rotor sheet packet supported by the shaft, which rotor sheet packet comprises close to the periphery thereof completely closed and tangentially extending rectangular recesses for receiving planar permanent magnet plates. At least one permanent magnet plate is accommodated in each recess, the permanent magnet plates are held by spring elements free of play by force locking, the recesses have free spaces connected to the permanent magnet plates in the tangential direction, which free spaces extend across the major part of the side surfaces of the permanent magnet plates and the rotor sheet packet consists essentially of a radial outer annular region and a radial inner core region, wherein the annular region in a large part is delimited by the recesses and the free spaces and is integral with the core region via thin radial webs.
