  • Patent number: 11085538
Abstract: A transmission of a vehicle having a transmission housing which accommodates shifting elements. The transmission has a hydraulic control unit which supplies the shifting elements with hydraulic oil, and which has a valve housing and a duct plate. The valve housing accommodates valves, and the duct plate unit is connected to the transmission housing and contains hydraulic ducts which communicate with hydraulic ducts of the transmission housing, to supply hydraulic oil to the shifting elements. The transmission has a transmission-side power-take-off via which mechanical power can be drawn from the transmission.

  • Publication number: 20200318727
Abstract: A transmission for a commercial vehicle that has a transmission housing in which at least one venting arrangement, for equalizing the pressure between an inside space of the transmission housing and the surroundings of the transmission housing, is provided. The arrangement includes a vent fixed on a wall of the transmission housing on the surroundings side. The vent is connected by way of an oil foam reducing venting channel to at least one inside space of the transmission housing. At least a first venting bore, on the inside space side, and a second venting bore, on the vent side, are provided as the venting channel such that, in relation to their cross-sections, the venting bores are offset relative to one another, at their connection area, in such manner that a step-shaped transition is formed in the connection area between the venting bores.

  • Publication number: 20190331205
Abstract: A hydraulic control unit for a torque converter and/or a converter bridging clutch, having a primary supply path via which a hydraulic fluid can be supplied by a pump to the torque converter. A primary discharge path by way of which the hydraulic fluid can be discharged from the torque converter and delivered to a cooler for cooling. A first converter pressure valve is arranged in the primary supply path for controlling a converter inlet pressure and/or a primary inlet volume flow of the hydraulic fluid. The hydraulic control unit has a secondary supply path by which, in addition to the primary supply path, additional hydraulic fluid can be supplied by the pump to the torque converter. A supply valve is arranged in the secondary supply path and controls a secondary inlet volume flow of hydraulic fluid which is additional to the primary inlet volume flow of hydraulic fluid.

  • Patent number: 9249839
Abstract: A shifting device of a motor vehicle transmission having a driveshaft (2) in the form of a hollow shaft with radial bores (5, 6, 7, 8). At least one drive output element (3) is arranged on the driveshaft (2), a shifting element (4) is arranged to move axially within the hollow shaft (2), and coupling elements, in the form of balls (9, 10, 11, 12), move radially within the radial bores (5, 6, 7, 8; 24). The drive output element (3) can be coupled to and decoupled from the driveshaft (2) by axial displacement of the shifting element (4) and radial displacement of the balls (9, 10, 11, 12). The shifting element is in the form of a shifting piston (4) and the hollow shaft (2) is in the form of a shifting cylinder (2aa).
