    Abstract: A device for machining sheet like material comprises first and second substantially circular machining tools having peripheral machining edges. The tools are each mounted on a shaft for rotation about the shaft axis. At least one of the tools is provided with magnetic means used to force the two tools into continuous contact with each other at a machining nip during operation of the device.
