    Abstract: The invention provides an industrial truck with a driver's seat (1) and a safety belt (2). The safety belt (2) has a belt buckle and a belt buckle sensor (7) that detects the status of the belt buckle. The belt buckle sensor (7) is connected with a control unit (11). A presence sensor (8) is connected with the control unit (11) and detects the presence of a person in the driver's seat. The control unit (11) is realized so that the status and/or changes in the signals generated by the belt buckle sensor (7) and the presence sensor (8) are continuously monitored and evaluated in the control unit (11). The control unit (11) has at least one signal output (12) which reports the proper or improper use of the safety belt (2) as a function of the result of the evaluation of the signals.

Electrical pressure contacts are located in the vicinity of the seam between the two parts. Each pressure contact has one contact point located on the power electronics unit and one contact point located on the electrical machine. At least one contact point of a pressure contact is spring-loaded toward the other contact point of the same pressure contact.

    Abstract: A multi-function lever for an industrial truck has a lever that can be pivoted around at least a first axis and at least one control element located on the lever. By pivoting the lever around the first axis and by actuating the control element, it is possible to actuate at least one function each of the industrial truck. The invention teaches that the control element can be actuated by pivoting around a second axis, wherein the second axis is substantially parallel to the first axis. The control element can be actuated with the index finger of a hand gripping the hand grip. By pivoting the lever, a vertical movement of the load holding device can be controlled, and by pivoting the control element, a tilting of the load holding device can be controlled.

    Abstract: A braking effort regulation system is improved by providing a rotary speed signal, which is accurate even under slow rotation conditions.To obtain an accurate analog value of the rotary speed of a rotating object, typically the wheel of an automotive vehicle, from a transducer (1) having at least approximately sinusoidal output voltage, the transducer output voltage (u.sub.S, u.sub.S1) is converted into a digital signal (u.sub.S2), preferably filtered to obtain a filtered signal (u.sub.S3). The inverse function (y.sub.2 =arc sin (A.sub.o sin .omega.t)=c(.epsilon..sub.R 7.omega.t), y.sub.2 =arc sin (A.sub.o sin .omega.t) is then calculated. By differentiation and determination of the differential value of the signal y.sub.2, a signal (y.sub.R, y.sub.3) is then obtained which, after an additional preferably filtering step, will result in the desired speed-representative output signal (n.sub.R).
